Josephina is a sweet girl! She may be a bit cautious at first, but once she bonds with her people, she’s all about fun and affection. Her favorite thing to do is play outside, especially with her beloved balls. She’s got plenty of energy and enjoys being active, so a home with a yard or space to run around would be ideal. Josephina may bark at visitors when they arrive, but after some time and slow introductions, she warms to the new faces. She’d do best in a home where there aren’t too many visitors, as she’s more comfortable when her environment is calm and familiar. If you’re looking for a playful, sweet companion who loves her outdoor time, Josephina could be the perfect match! Josie is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 12/14/2024 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 5pm and 9pm. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame. Since they haven’t arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start’s Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Click here to learn more about the FTA program. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start’s veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments.
