Meet Champ

ere's the deal with Champ - he's three years old, weighs 12 pounds, and loves two things more than anything - squeaky toys and you (well, once he meets you!). Champ takes his toy selection seriously. He's the guy who'll rummage through the basket until he finds the one. Once selected, he'll proudly present it, ready for hours of fetch. Yes, hours. Fetch is life. But Champ's not just about toys. He loves a good walk, adores snuggling up with his foster dog sibling, and is always game for learning new tricks. He's got "sit," "stay," and "wait" down, and can't wait to learn more! Quiet but endlessly curious, Champ loves sniffing out the latest backyard drama (squirrel? rabbit? neighborhood gossip?) and would be thrilled with a fenced yard to keep his investigations going. He's great with humans, loves other dogs, and will happily tag along on car rides - Champ's the ultimate copilot. His tail is in a constant state of wag, and his joy is infectious. He's just endlessly happy and eager to share that happiness with his forever family! Champ's ready when you are. Adoption Process
The applicant must fill out a detailed adoption application (it is on our website), then is screened by an experienced volunteer. We charge adoption fees that are comparable to those of similar organizations in our area. The adoptive home must agree to and initial a list of regulations as well as complete a formal contract.
