Meet Malea

Malea has just joined her foster family but already is overflowing with love and happiness. She thrives on playtime and absolutely adores belly rubs. She is very eager to get and give affection!   Malea can be a little skittish outside and has no fear of leashes but we don't believe she is leashed trained, she pulls. Malea may have some basic training knowledge. With her cheerful demeanor she is bound to bring joy to your family. Malea may not be best suited for families with small children at this time (she's just happy and eager to be close so may not be careful enough around littles.) She plays very respectfully with other dogs!   We will update more as we get to know her more!   Malea is from a local impound. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about Ruff Start’s adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our How to Adopt page. If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can donate   to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.

Look for other dogs for adoption!
