Are you a sucker for the softies? Do you understand why sugar melts when it rains? Are you comfortable advocating for a shy pup?Then you must meet Pumpkin Spice! This Shepherd girl is a sweet, timid pup. A stage 5 clinger when she does finally trust you, Pumpkin looks to her humans for reassurance and guidance. Building that trust, though, may take a few days/weeks, so be prepared for her to need some time to settle in. This gal is GREAT on leash, as she wants to stay near her handler for protection, and she has done ok with other low-key, respectful dogs who respect her need for space.We donât have any history on how Pumpkin Spice would do with kids/cats, but due to her fearfulness a home with older (high school age) kids, or no kids, would be best.
