Punky Brewster is a cute little gal looking for her forever home to teach her new tricks! Foster Home Feedback 1/18/2023 Foster Feedback: If you grew up in the 80s, you might have heard of the sitcom called Punky Brewster, about a sweet, spunky little girl who grew up in the foster system. Everyone who meets her falls in love with her upbeat spirit and her can-do attitude, and that's our little Punky Brewster puppy! Punky is the smallest girl in her litter and the only one who looks like her mom (brown). She may be small, but she is very brave and believes in herself so much that there's nothing that intimidates her! She's bravely taken on new squeaky toys, stairs, and snow, and new people are just friends that she hasn't met yet! At 6 weeks old she was just getting her leg coordination together, but that didn't stop her from running full speed into new adventures. But she's the kind of spunky that isn't bossy or mischievous, but the kind that lifts others up as well--her brother is kind of shy, but he's gotten a lot braver because of her example. She doesn't take advantage of him and boss him around but instead shares her food and her toys nicely. When Spunky Punky is tired, she'll whine at me until she gets my attention and I sit down on the floor with her. Then she'll RUN over to me, hoist herself into my lap (she's only around 6 lbs right now), dive face-first into the crook of my elbow or knee, and immediately fall asleep. She is the first to say "Pick me up!" and she loves to be carried around and snuggled. She thinks she's a good playmate for my 80lb lab, and she's picking up very well on using the potty pad. Punky Brewster is her own inspirational poster, and she could be yours as well. To meet her is to love her!
