Meet Maizy D5763

Hi, my name is Maizy. I’m a lab mix puppy born right here in Minnesota. I was born around October 27,2022.  Life is great. I eat, sleep and play with my foster siblings. Then I eat again because in true lab fashion, I can never have enough food. I love to play with all types of toys and even cardboard. I’m also pretty good at fetch. Did I mention I like to eat?  Anyway, I will be easy to train when treats are provided.  I will snuggle and cuddle, but playing is my favorite. I sleep in the crate during the day and at night, but I cry for 5 minutes after I go in. Probably no shared walls for me or your neighbors may grow to dislike you  .  My foster mom says that my potty training can definitely use some work.   Sometimes I pee inside and I won’t apologize for that….when you gotta go, you gotta go. I do keep the big stuff outside  (if you know what I mean). Monitoring my water intake definitely helps.  Foster mom says that I’m your typical puppy, so if that is what you are looking for, look no further. I can’t wait to meet you!!

Adoption Process
Our adoption process includes an adoption application. After reviewing your application and contacting the vet and personal references, a meeting is scheduled between the potential adopter and the pet, in the foster's home or a neutral animal friendly place. If there are any resident animals within the home, it is required that they meet at this time. After the meeting, a home visit by one our representatives is REQUIRED prior to finalizing any adoption and we must meet all members of the household where the pet will be living sometime during the adoption process. 6 month post-adoption check in is completed.
