Meet McSqueaky
McSqeaky is one true gentleman. Even though he is still adjusting, he is calm, a little timid, but ready to be along your side for any adventure you're willing to take. We believe he is a Treeing Tennessee Brindle dog, but of course, only DNA will reveal that. He is about 45 pounds and on the shorter side. He doesn't play much for fetch, or eat very well right now, he seems like he would prefer to be outside and only be fed once a day. He has not had his first trip to the vet with us, and is still currently intact. We will get him on the schedule! We don't know how he is with car rides, but he is pretty gentle on the leash, and when some of our techs were giving him his first set of vaccines, he just sat there, as if he didn't have a care in the world. He has the personalty of an older gentleman with lots of wisdom in his eyes, but his pearly whites show us he is approximately 3-4 years old. If you would like to meet me, please visit our website and complete the pre-adoption application. Once it has been processed then we can make a date to get together! All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (if over 2 years old), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet Reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the dog of your choice. If you have a dog currently, you should bring him/her along to meet the new dog so we can see how everyone interacts. Please visit our website for additional information. The online application can be found at :https://hsburnettcty.org/adoption-guidelines/
