Meet Elf
Elf is a 7-month-old female Husky mix who loves belly rubs! Currently weighing 35 pounds, she is a sweet, energetic puppy who loves meeting new people and their pups and is always down for a quick play session.Elf is crate-trained, staying up to 6 hours in her kennel during the day and sleeping in her kennel at night. She’s currently working on potty training, going out every two hours to avoid accidents, especially when she gets excited. With patience and consistency, Elf is making great progress! Elf enjoys peanut butter-filled kongs, stuffed toys, and playtime with other dogs. She’s done well with dogs of various sizes and ages as long as they are comfortable setting boundaries. Elf has also coexisted with a dog-savvy cat, though a careful introduction would be necessary for a new feline friend. She’s been friendly with kids on walks and loves receiving pets, though her puppy enthusiasm means she may need guidance to avoid jumping. This playful pup will need a family that can provide her with daily exercise, such as long walks and interactive playtime, as well as opportunities to burn off energy. Her dream home would have a fenced yard for exercise and zoomies, though this won't be necessary as long has she has an active family who can keep up with her high energy. With proper training, structure, and lots of love, Elf is sure to grow into a wonderful and loyal companion!
