Meet Frankie! This adorable Labrador/Border Collie mix is the full package—sweet, smart, and seriously snuggly! Frankie is a playful little goofball who loves his toys, gives the best puppy kisses, and would happily spend his whole life curled up in your lap if you let him. Despite his young age, Frankie is eager to learn and already working on crate training (though he might politely let you know when he thinks playtime should resume). He has that classic puppy bark when he’s having fun and is always up for an adventure. His friendly nature means he’s never met a stranger—every person is just a new best friend waiting to happen! Frankie is looking for a loving home where he can bring joy, laughter, and a lifetime of tail wags. If you're ready for a loyal companion who will fill your days with love and playfulness, Frankie is your perfect match! Frankie is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 4/12/2025 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 9am and noon. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame.  Since they haven’t arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start’s Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Ruff Start’s veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments.
