Meet Poppy
Meet Poppy, the sweetest 10-week-old Shepherd mix with a heart full of love and a mind eager to learn! She has the perfect mix of puppy energy—playful and fun-loving, yet calm and snuggly when it’s time to relax. Poppy is a big fan of fetching a squeaky tennis ball and never turns down a game of tug-of-war. And when playtime is over, she’s more than happy to curl up in your lap, showering you with endless kisses. She is also incredibly confident and independent, always finding a toy to keep her occupied while winding down at the end of a day. While Poppy could be the perfect solo pup, she also does so great with our resident dogs! She always wants to play, but responds to cues very well when directed. She is a typical puppy, and with proper socialization, she’ll get along with all human and furry friends. She is a bit vocal while playing and right before mealtimes, however this will fade as she continues to grow. Poppy is the most attentive puppy, always watching and listening with her adorable perked-up ears. Whether you're moving around the house or heading outside, she’ll stay close by, making sure she never misses a moment with her favorite person. She loves adventuring the great outdoors (her fenced in backyard) but prefers to have her human nearby while she explores all the new things in life. If you're looking for a loving, loyal companion who will be your shadow and your best friend, Poppy is ready to steal your heart! If you are interested in this dog, fill out an application at this link to get the ball rolling - https://pethavenmn.org/adopt/adoptable-dogs/dog-adoption-application/The adoption fee is $550.
