Ralph (Kramden) 3833 a brown pup and Alice (Kramden) 3832 a black pup are 2 beautiful little pups. A store manager saw 4 thrown out of a car window at a storage shed in Picayune. She got all the pictures including the man and his license plate. It was turned over to the proper authorities, however, the pictures did not show the act and the license plate in the same screen shot.!!! However, they are now resting comfortably with no physical or mental effects
