Meet Balto
To adopt please fill out an adoption Application Friendly, happy, well-socialized! Balto is a large 18 month old male HEINZ 57 breed who was rescued as a stray in Memphis. What a unique looking young dog! We think Balto looks like a Dr. Seuss character! Good with other dogs and living comfortably with 3 other dogs in his foster home. Not yet cat tested. Good with kids but recommended for children 6 years and older just due to his size. Medium-high energy level outside, quiet and well-mannered in the house. Housebroken but never crated because he doesn’t need to be. Obeys basic commands. Loves to be with his people. Good on a leash, rides great in the car. Healthy and fully vetted, current on shots, neutered, weighs about 80 pounds. AWESOME young dog will make a wonderful companion (and jogging partner!) for an active family.
