Meet Henry

Henry is a gorgeous, funny and active beagle who is typical in many ways, he’s a major sniffer, and loves to explore and then will just collapse in an adorable puppy heap and nap for hours. He has two speeds, on and off! Henry is friendly and good with other dogs, we actually think he would be in a home with a playmate or with an owner who keeps him busy and active.  Henry would be best in a home with adults only or a family with older children. He is still very puppy like in his ways and could use an owner to give him some training and structure. Henry loves to walk (with his nose to the ground) and is happiest when he is just out exploring in the yard. He bonds quickly to his person, loves attention and give sloppy puppy kisses! He was discovered as a stray in a rural part of Mississippi, he was likely bred as a hunting dog and dumped as dogs in Mississippi often are.  Henry is a sweet boy who needs some structure and training to grow up to be the very good boy we know he can be.  For more information please contact mariaeftimiades@yahoo.com      

Adoption Process
we have an adoption application and require a deposit while we check references, we do home visits or ask for videos, and FaceTime if we’re not able to get to the home.
