Meet the adorable Daisy Mae! This sweet girl has been stealing hearts since she was adopted as a puppy 8 years ago by her amazing dad. They were the best of friends, and even though he’s no longer with us, Daisy’s spirit shines bright! After losing her dad last year, she’s been a bit of a houndy handful for her mom, but that just means she’s got a lot of love to give!Daisy can get a little nervous in the kennels, and shows it by smiling submissively and shaking. She’s a total sweetheart who loves showering you with kisses! While she’s not a fan of her paws being touched, she’s a trooper and will tolerate it for some love. Plus, she walks like a dream on a leash and just craves those pets and cuddles! This clever girl knows how to sit, lay down, and shake, and she’s totally potty trained! We even took her for a sniff around the stray cat room, and she was so curious about the two black-and-white feral cats. No bad reactions—just lots of interest! Daisy had a blast playing with Flash, getting all vocal and bouncy, and even coexisting peacefully with Toffee! She’d thrive in a home with a chill dog buddy to snuggle and play with.
