Meet Jack

Jack Blue Heeler mix Neutered Male 5 years old, 50 pounds Sometimes, when we transfer dogs from crowded shelters, we roll the dice, but Jack has been a dream to foster. Jack’s foster mom tells us that he is very sweet, loving and friendly. He loves to ride in the car and Jack puts the joy in walking when they go twice per day. Recently his fosters brought in a Yorkshire terrier and they had so much fun together… no problems whatsoever adapting to one another. Also, they decided to try taking Jack to the dog park and reported that he enjoyed running with the other dogs there. Jack is roughly five years old and 50 pounds. He’s neutered, current on his vaccines and microchipped. The shelter listed him as a blue heeler mix, so his breed would be happiest in a home with activity. He is house trained, leash trained and crate trained. Jack also knows sit, shake and come, as just a few of his commands. So, it’s safe to say, Jack is ready if you are! Since he’s been such a love and we fell short on our goal to have him posted before Valentine’s Day, we’re offering a $50 discount on his adoption fee (normally $300.00)  for any applications received before the end of February. Please apply online at www.NebraskaNoKill.org.

Adoption Process
