Meet Rascal
Rascal's name is apt! He is a cute bundle of energy. He walks well on a leash after an initial period of spinning and havoc. His owner was ill and had to surrender him to the local shelter where he was at risk so we took him into our sanctuary. He enjoys walks and is easy to please.
