She’s always ready to share her affectionate and energetic spirit with everyone she meets. Elsa loves being around other dogs, and her social nature makes her an instant friend to her four-legged companions. Though she’s not been tested with cats, she’s sure to shine in a home where she can be showered with attention and care. Currently being fostered in Eastern PA, Elsa is ready to find her forever family and continue spreading joy wherever she goes!
