She is happiest being near her people and loves being held. She likes to play with other dogs but especially loves her humans. She is a medium energy puppy, rotating between playtime and naps.Velma sees all dogs as potential new friends. She does ok with cats, but is very curious and wants to play with them. She loves kids but is still teething and should be monitored. Velma is crate trained and trying her best with house training. She is hoping to find a patient adopter who can help her thrive on a routine. She hasn’t had a lot of experience yet on leash but walks well so far.Velma is the sweetest, snuggliest girl. She is a total lap dog and would be a perfect addition to your home!Please Note: All dogs currently available for adoption are posted on our website. If you cannot find a particular dog on our website, he/she may be on a temporary foster hold. All dogs are otherwise posted until they are officially adopted. Adoption Process
Adoption process includes an application with 2 references required plus vet check, landlord permission if renting and home visit. Must sign an adoption contract. Fees are $450 for dogs under 4 and $400 for dogs 4 and older.
