With a personality fit for a crown, Leo is spunky, affectionate, and pure entertainment. His favorite thing? A good ol’ royal snuggle session, preferably on your lap, chest, or your shoulders to rest his noble little head. For a puppy, he’s surprisingly chill—he’s all about a little roughhousing, a quick game of tag, and then a well-deserved nap on his throne (aka, your arms). When he’s not living his best life as a lap dog, Leo can be found enjoying squeaky toys, playing with his dog friends and charming it up with everyone in his kingdom.Leo was raised with a number of smaller dogs and cats under 30lbs, getting along with all. His favorite playmates? The little guys, naturally. He’s good with dog-savvy cats who know how to initiate play or give him some space. As for kids, Leo has done wonderfully with a 6-year-old, but smaller children might be a bit too much for him to handle given his size.Leo’s working on all his puppy manners, but don’t expect him to be totally on board with the leash just yet—he’d much rather be carried around like the prince he is. That being said, with some positive reinforcement and patience, he will be fully leash and house-trained in no time. Leo is crate-trained but much prefers the lavish comforts of all-night snuggles under the covers in your bed.Is your home the throne Leo has been dreaming of?Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted.
