Burlington County Animal Alliance

Burlington County Animal Alliance is a private, independent, 501(3)(c) nonprofit animal advocacy group, that was founded in 1999 by Lorraine Schrieber and Barb Giano who have a love for animals. To date, we have around 60 members of BCAA. We focus primarily on rescue and adoption of shelter dogs and cats in high kill shelters and surrounding areas in New Jersey. Our main focus is to make the public aware of the numbers of homeless dogs and cats there are in shelters and to promote adoption of these animals. We advocate spaying and neutering of all companion animals to counteract the overpopulation of dogs and cats and to end the tragedy of euthanizing healthy, unwanted companion pets.

Meet Pippa

 Pippa is a great girl who has been with her family since she was 3 months old but sadly, one of the young kids in the house tested positive for allergies to her.  The family is heartbroken to have to rehome her but they know they have to for their childs sake.   They adore her and are so sad but we promised we would find her a great home. She is a lab/german shepherd mix and is the sweetet girl in the world.   She is great with other dogs, both large and small and super gentle with kids.    She is attentive, well behaved and just all around amazing.    She is approx 6 years old and 80 lbs.  Please do not let the size scare you, she is a gentle girl and thinks she is a small dog.  She is not hyper or crazy and is not going to knock over any kids in the house.   If you would like to open your home to a wonderful dog and give this family  peace of mind that their girl is going to a great home, please fill out an application on our website bcaaofnj.org.

$100. Cats & kittens $450 for Dogs/puppies one year or younger
