Meet Jon Snow
Jon snow is approx 1 year old and 16 lbs. This boy is really the best boy! He is so cute and sweet. He truly has the kindest, most gentle personality—so full of love and warmth. Anyone who meets Jon instantly falls for him. He loves to be held but also loves to play with other dogs. At night, he turns into the ultimate cuddle bug, burrowing under the covers like he’s claiming his cozy little spot next to you. It’s impossible not to smile when he does it.Jon’s favorite game is the sweetest thing—you throw him a little squeaky ball, and instead of bringing it back, he takes off running, just waiting for you to chase him like it’s the greatest adventure. He gets so much joy out of that little game, and honestly, so do I. He also loves to go on Jon has been around lots of different dogs—big ones, small ones, and everything in between—and he seems to get along with all of them! He’s got a friendly, go-with-the-flow kind of vibe and loves to play. Whether it’s a quick game of chase or some gentle wrestling, Jon’s always up for making new furry friends Jon had one accident the first night he was with his foster but since then. He always uses the restroom outside He is a good listener and does not seem like an escape artist and prefers to stay near his people He loves being nearby, like your own little shadow with a tail, always happy just to be part of whatever you're doing.Jon hasn’t spent much time around kids, but he did meet a sweet 7-year-old girl once—and he didn’t seem to mind her at all. He was calm and curious, just taking her in with those big, gentle eyes. It was like he knew she was a little human and gave her a special snuggle Jon takes his job as neighborhood watch very seriously. If another dog or a human dares to walk by the house—or if you pass a dog he will let them know he is there but not in an aggressive way Jon loves a treat and is super food motivated Jon is timid and will bark at a stranger. If the person is willing to get down on his level and let themselve be sniffed or offers him a treat he warms up very quick If you want to meet him fill out an application on our website bcaaofnj.org
