Meet Dory! She is a super cute 10 month old petite Labrador mix. If you are looking for an everyday companion to be by your side day and night, is quick to give kisses, hugs and cuddles, and never gets tired of a good game of fetch or walks in the park then Dory is the girl for you! Dory was found stray in Philadelphia and was brought to ACCT Philly. As all dogs there are at risk for euthanasia due to overcrowding, Brookline Labrador Retriever Rescue pulled her and she has been thriving in a foster home. She is now ready to find her forever home! Adoption Process
All applicants complete an application and have a home visit before being approved to adopt. Once approved to adopt, they wait to find the right dog for their family. They are required to sign a pre-adoptive agreement and keep the dog they are matched with for a 3 week pre-adoptive period. If all goes well during that period, they sign an adoption agreement and adopt the dog. The fees vary depending on the age and altered status of the dog. We do require all dogs to be altered if they are not already and require obedience training as well
