Meet Jeremiah

Jeremiah is an adorable pup who is looking for a home. Jeremiah is with our partner rescue in Louisiana but can come to NJ if we find a foster or adopter. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved applicants. Jeremiah was found as a stray and brought to a dead end shelter in rural Louisiana. This shelter does not have any budget for even basic vaccines. He was on the euthanasia list which happens every week since they only have 14 dog kennels, but thank God our partner rescue saved this boy! Jeremiah settled in his foster home quickly. His foster mom says he’s eager to please and loving. This super smart boy loves kids and other dogs. He also tested well with cats. He quickly became besties with the other dog in his home. He can be a bit skittish when he first meets people, but warms up quickly and loves everyone he meets after they start to give him attention! Jeremiah can be full of puppy energy but is also the perfect couch potato. He’ll curl up in your lap when you want to relax and watch TV. He’s house trained, crate trained, walks well on leash and listens well when corrected. He’s currently working on his recall and not nibbling on things left in his reach. He’s very well behaved for his age and will absolutely love you to death, he’s the perfect boy! J eremiah is fixed, microchipped and up to date on rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines. Jeremiah tested negative for heartworm. His adoption fee is $550.   How to Adopt Me!
