Nancy and her sibling’s found themselves homeless with a sad outlook for their future. Thankfully a good human saw the litter, asked a rescue to please help and the siblings were saved. They recently arrived here in NJ from The BVI in search of furever homes. Nancy is not only adorable, she is super sweet, 3 months old, and currently 10 lbs. Island pups are called Potcakes, which are mixed breed dogs originating in the Caribbean Islands. The appearance can vary, but in general they usually have short, smooth coats with little to no undercoat, are usually brown, red, yellow, cream, black and white, and will range from 35 – 55 lbs as adults,. Potcakes have street smarts, respond well to training and are fairly easy to train. Potcakes can start a little timid of new people or situations, but bond quickly as they love people.
