Meet Sunflower

  A pregnant Sunflower was hours away from euthanasia when we found her in and pulled her out of a kill shelter. She is a beautiful German Shepherd mix who is about 2 years of age and weighs 30 pounds. Now that her puppies have been weaned, Sunflower is ready to find her forever home. She is a clever and good-natured girl who gets along well with other dogs, her foster’s cat, and people of all ages including children. Sunflower is ready to share her love with you! (TN, 2/16/24)     **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $395 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed  $160   We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs.  

Adoption Process
Potential adopters file application, including references; if approved, referred to foster mom/dad with any questions and in order to determine suitability of adopter. Adopters sign contract and pay adoption fee and upon delivery, pay transport fee. Adopters are provided with medical records and required to spay/neuter dog at appropriate age. requirements: adopters must be over 21; spay/neuter dog at 6 months
