Meet Tuna

Available Tuna Lexington, KY   Hi!   My name is Tuna and I’m the proud momma of 6 puppies known as the “FISH” litter!   I’m also happy that almost all of my babies have been adopted and now I’m spayed and ready to find my forever home!   This sweet and petite gal came into ACDRA as an emaciated “trailer park dog” who had no home and just wandered…she was randomly fed by residents and eventually started to show signs of pregnancy.   We got her into a foster home on a Friday and the next day Tuna had 6 beautiful puppies!   Tuna is a PETITE gal- just 24 lbs and slight of frame.   She is a lovely lady who loves walks, basking in the sun, and TOYS TOYS TOYS!   She loves playing and hoarding toys!   She is an easy gal who gets along well with other dogs, doesn’t bother cats, is crate and potty trained.  Tuna is very gentle and extremely good natured. While she has not been around children, her calm demeanor should make her good with dog savvy children when supervised.      Tuna is spayed, HW -, UTD on vaccinations and on all preventatives.    If you have questions about Tuna please email [email protected].    Interested about adopting Tuna?   Please fill out our application!  acdra.org/adoption-application
