Meet Chai

Chai is a 5-month-old Lab/ Whippet mix wearing a sleek, cream coat! He currently weighs 10lbs and we estimate he’ll grow to 30-40lbs at maturity. Chai is a funny guy who loves to play with toys, have "stand-offs" with his puppy friends, and lounge in the sun. He loves to be cuddled by his foster and enjoys giving kisses to cats. Chai is also good with other dogs, and we believe will be good with children! He’s a real sweetie! (ME, 6/8/23) **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $375 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed  $160   We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs.  

Adoption Process
Potential adopters file application, including references; if approved, referred to foster mom/dad with any questions and in order to determine suitability of adopter. Adopters sign contract and pay adoption fee and upon delivery, pay transport fee. Adopters are provided with medical records and required to spay/neuter dog at appropriate age. requirements: adopters must be over 21; spay/neuter dog at 6 months
