Meet WINSTON

My name is Winston and I am a 6-year-old male poodle mix that is only 12 to 14 lb of pure love. My family has had a sudden and tragic break up and my mom had to go live with her sister and I could not come with her. She had big dogs that might hurt me and Critter Cavalry has helped me and her by offering to find me a good home. I have lived with young children and I love them. I am good with other dogs as long as they don't try to overpower me and scare me. I love to go for car rides and I love to sit in your lap and have you tell me how much you love me. I am a little nervous right now because I don't know what is going on with all the anger that has been around me. I am ready for a peaceful and loving family to adopt me. I am housebroken and I have been good around the foster mom's other big dogs and cats. Everyone has been so nice to me and I'm ready to be nice and loving back in a new home. I walk great on a leash except I do pull a little bit. You see, my former mom didn't take me for walks very much but I sure hope someone will do that in the future when I go live with them. I am ready for a fresh start where there's no angry voices but only kindness. Adoption Process
All potential adoptors must complete the application request form on any dog. Before placing a dog with an adoptor Critter Companion conducts a vet check to ensure proper health, gets the dog up to date on all shots and neuters the dog.
