Hallo! My name is Ashley, and I am a very friendly, affectionate, 8-month-old female English Pointer mix. I am sharing a very small flat here at the Eastside shelter with my boon companion Andy, who is also an English Pointer mix of the same approximate age, and with whom I have all my good qualities in common. Andy and I would very much like to stay together, though we have talked it over and are both willing to part with a stiff upper lip if need be.I must confess that I donât really know what is expected of a pointer. I said to Andy, I say, do you know what this pointer business is all about? And she replied, I havenât the foggiest, Ashley. Nevertheless, we do intuit that it has something to do with sporting, and as we are both quite intelligent, athletic, and cooperative, I am sure we could make a go of it with a bit of competent instruction.I would very much like to meet you and have the chance to become your loyal companion.Much love, Ashley
