Little Creek

City of Las Vegas Animal Care Center

We are a municipal animal shelter for the City of Las Vegas. We contract with our county to provide animal services. We are a small shelter and are constantly full and trying to rehome as many friendly, happy, adoptable dogs as we can. We have not had to euthanize for space but our numbers are making it difficult to keep on. Our staff are dedicated and caring.

Meet Little Creek

Little Creek came to the shelter absolutely terrified of the world. He has been learning how to trust staff and will give us the sweetest little licks to let us know he likes us and is trying to be brave. He is learning to walk on a leash and hangs out in the office with staff during the slower days. He would love to find a patient family to teach him what love is!

Adoption Process
Short Application, interview, meet and greets, and mandatory spay/neuter, vaccinations, and microchipping
