Meet Roxy's Puppies
Puppy cuteness overload! These healthy plump puppies full of puppy breath, puppy belly, and puppy sweetness were born on November 1, 2024. They are the darling babies of one of the Palomas dogs that Restapaw Ranch saved. Mama's name is Roxy. Roxy is 30-35 lbs and is stunningly gorgeous. She is a sleek and slim black-and-tan shepherd mix. We don't know the papa so we'll just say he must've also been one heckuva looker because these puppies are beyond cute! Restapaw Ranch got Miss Roxy to safety while pregnant. She gave birth in comfort and has been given the gift of being able to relax into mothering. Because the family are in rescue, the babes have also been handled by humans. They have grown up on delicious mama's milk and Miss Roxy has take superb care of her babies. At this point (Dec 19, 2024) they are eating mostly kibble, occasionally nursing. Simply put, these little sweetie pies have gotten a great start at life! Each puppy is ready to join his or her family. They have received their first set of puppy vaccinations. Interested in adopting one of Roxy's puppies? Contact Lon at 720-951-3628. Restapaw Ranch will interview applicants and make decisions for placement for both Roxy and for her puppies. Because no one in rescue wants intact companion animals out in our community, Desert Haven Animal Rescue will contract with each puppy's adopter to pay for spay/neuter and rabies vaccination when old enough. Here we go! Make one of these storied puppies part of your family. Contact Lon at 720-951-3628 to inquire and set up a meeting.
Adoption Process
We have a $75 adoption fee. We have an application for adoption, an adoption waiver, and a sterilization contract for any animal adopted prior to sterilization age. We do home visits and provide post adoption counseling to ensure successful adoptions.
