Meet Pete

Hi, my name is Pete!  I am a chihuahua/terrier mix that came from the Deep South.  I'm not the biggest fan of this cold weather, but I am told I adapt well to everything I do.  I love everyone I meet - men, women, boys, girls and other dogs, I can't help it.  I am just a social butterfly!!  My foster moms say I am the most kindest dog they have ever met. Some of my favorite things are car rides, sitting by the window watching the activities outside, playing fetch and SNUGGLING! (It's my most favorite thing to do!) I do pretty well with baths and walking on a leash, but I prefer to be spoiled on my human's lap.  Don't worry, I still get the zoomies, and love to play. I am still working on my potty training, but I understand that is what the grass is for.  I'm not much of a chewer, so bones aren't my thing, but squeaky toys?  Yes please! I am really just a boy looking for a best friend or two.  I get hooked pretty fast to whom ever I meet.  I hope soon I meet my forever best friend.  Is that you? Adoption Process
All adoptions require, reference checks, vet reference checks, home visits, meet & greets. From there we will determine if that applicant is right for the dog they are interested in. At the adoption, a contract will be signed and an adoption fee will be paid. Fee's are based on the specific dog. Puppies, adults, bully breeds or special needs.
