Meet Dawn

Hello, my name is Dawn! I am a 6 month old black lab mix. So before you ask, let’s clear something up cause I know you are going to ask. My foster mom tells me that spot on my head is where my alicorn was, as they weren’t sure if I was to be a mythical unicorn or a beautiful black beauty and black beauty it was. Now it just makes me different but special and who knows maybe it will disappear in time so no one will know the secret but the people that love me. My foster mom tells me how beautiful I am everyday and how she loves to look into my mesmerizing big brown eyes! Let me tell you a little about me; I love dancing in the rain (I really do, must be the Lab thing), rolling in the grass and playing with other dogs. I am a very submissive girl and I love all dogs big or small. I am of medium energy, and a romp in the backyard or a nice walk would make me a very happy girl. I am also known to be a snuggle bug and when I am not  playing with my toys or chewing on a bone you will find me cuddled up with my foster mom, she seems too like it too. I am crate trained and sleep in it all night without a peep but I could also be the one keeping you warm at night if you have room for me in your bed, do you? I am still working on my potty training, but I almost have it down! My foster mom says that I am one of the sweetest girls that she has ever ever had the pleasure of fostering and she is going to miss me when I find my forever family. Adoption Process
All adoptions require, reference checks, vet reference checks, home visits, meet & greets. From there we will determine if that applicant is right for the dog they are interested in. At the adoption, a contract will be signed and an adoption fee will be paid. Fee's are based on the specific dog. Puppies, adults, bully breeds or special needs.
