New 2 U Rescues

About UsNew 2 U Rescues is a foster based all breed dog rescue whose primary mission is to help dogs in need. We operate out of foster homes and all animals taken in live in a foster home until an appropriate adoptive home is found. We supply training and veterinary care, as needed, to all of the animals in our care.We take in local dogs in need of a home when fosters have a opening. Specialize in helping Pregnant or Nursing mother dogs care but will take in any dog in need provided a foster home is available. We also take in Puppy Mill Dogs when able. These dogs have lived their life in a cage producing litter after litter of puppies and are ‘disposable’ to the miller if they are no longer producing puppies. We are registered in NY State under New 2 U Rescues #33 and a registered 501c3

Meet Milo

Adoption Application: https://www.cognitoforms.com/New2URescues/AdoptionApplication ********If dog/pup is showing as available it is available. Please do not email asking if it is. Submit application to meet dog if interested - yes an application is required******** Meet Milo (AKA Ethan)! Milo was born on 4/15/24, and weighs in around 35lbs. He came out of a shelter, so we are not sure of his breed but the shelter called him a "lab mix" (but on the smaller side). He is an amazing boy worth meeting to see if he's right for your home. Milo is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and ready to go to his forever family! Do you want lots of lovins? Milo has a master's degree in love- we cannot stress enough that this boy is such a lover! He loves to snuggle and play with his humans and the other fur-kids. He is completely housebroken, and is great with his foster family's cat. Milo quickly figured out the dog door, and spends lots of time playing outside with toys and the other dogs. Even though Milo is still a puppy, he's very gentle when playing. If you are looking for a sweetheart disguised as a puppy, Milo is your man! If you would like to meet this adorable dog an application must be filled out https://www.cognitoforms.com/New2URescues/AdoptionApplication We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs. All our dogs have been treated with de-wormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 months or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption. We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts. You can learn more about our rescue and process at www.new2urescue.org or find us on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/New2Urescue. You must be 25 yrs of age or older to adopt through us. We are in the Rochester NY area and adopt dogs out to area residents. We are registered in NY State with the Dept of Agriculture RR #033 and a registered 501c3 Non-Profit.
