Meet Oscar

Hi there! My name is Oscar and I am a Hound/Lab mix. I did not have the best start to life as I was so skinny (every rib showed) and my skin was horrible, my ears were scabbing and I was just a mess, but, look at me now!! My foster mom says that with just some food and lots of love, I have grown into such a handsome loving boy, I have put on some weight, my coat is beautiful and shiny and my ears are all healed up. My foster mom also tells me all the time what a very sweet boy I am, you see I don’t hold grudges. I am ready to find a family that will love me the way I deserved to be loved, could that be you? I am gaining weight everyday but no matter how big I get, I will never be too big for cuddles on your lap as that is one of my most favorite things, as I just love my people. I also love all of my foster siblings as well, we love to run and play in the backyard and I also love to play with toys and chew on a good bone. I am crate trained and I am working on my potty training and I will have that down in no time with a schedule, although those things they call treats sure do help as well. Adoption Process
All adoptions require, reference checks, vet reference checks, home visits, meet & greets. From there we will determine if that applicant is right for the dog they are interested in. At the adoption, a contract will be signed and an adoption fee will be paid. Fee's are based on the specific dog. Puppies, adults, bully breeds or special needs.
