Meet VINNY
SMILING VINNY, is a stunning 5 year old Border Collie, who lost his home and found himself up at a kill shelter. His critically ill owner had to admit he would never be able to care for his two dogs again and now Critter Cavalry Rescue has stepped in to help them find homes and forever love. Vinnie is a solid 53 pound boy who is shy when you first meet him, but quickly warms up. Vinny is extremely intelligent, and would graduate with honors from any dog training classes if enrolled. Like most Border Collies, Vinny is very alert, loves his daily brisk walks and enjoys play time. His eyes light up when you toss a ball. He thinks he is a player in the major leagues. Fully aware of good dog manners, he is a great house guest and gets along well with the other foster dogs in his home. Although a herding dog by nature, he has adapted well to living in a home. So for the active family, those who like to run or jog, Vinny would make a great partner. He’s fully vetted, UTD on shots, microchipped and on heartworm prevention. If you are interested in adopting, please write to [email protected]. PLEASE NOTE: Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region. Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.
Adoption Process
All potential adoptors must complete the application request form on any dog. Before placing a dog with an adoptor Critter Companion conducts a vet check to ensure proper health, gets the dog up to date on all shots and neuters the dog.
