Meet John Wick

There's debate whether the fictional character John Wick is a super hero or super villian...well, our John Wick is a super MODEL. Just look at this guy. That strut, those poses, those eyes that stare deep into your soul; he's got that special something, baby! But unlike some celebrity-status models, John is super down to earth and wants just one thing - a home. Like his namesake, John Wick had a rough start to life. He came in as a stray last October with his buddy Helen, who quickly found a new family. Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to get John surgery to correct entropion in both eyes (basically, his eyelids were turned in, causing his eyelashes to rub against and irritate his corneas). Nowadays, he's a giant mush who everyone pretty much falls in love with instantly. He's a dream to walk on the leash and loves any activity that keeps his mind and body active. But we're not talking yoga...maybe some touch football followed by Mensa puzzles? Did we mention he's got beauty AND brains? Johnny is a high-energy, muscular dude, so an active home without small children who could be knocked over would probably be best. He can get protective of children around men, but he adores women! Unfortunately, no one told him cats were friends, so he'd also need a kitty-free home. He gets along with other dogs, but we'd require a meet and greet with any in the home. John Wick is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, flea treated and dewormed. If interested in giving this star a place to shine forever, fill out an application at secondchanceas.org/adopt or call us with questions at 570-376-3646.
