Meet Spot

Hi! My name is Spot (but my foster parents keep calling me Shorty). I am a year old. My foster parents say I’m a “pocket pitty”, which I’m pretty sure is just another way to make fun of me for being so short. I love to hang out with my people, whether we are going for a walk or just laying on the couch. I REALLY like to snuggle. As long as I’m with you I’m happy! I love to play with other dogs. I live with another dog now and I love wrestling with him and going on walks with him. I live in a busy neighborhood and I can be a little bit of a scaredy-dog but I am much braver when my foster brother is with me. I also like to play with the cats I live with now and I know I have to be a gentle boy when I do. Even though I’m a big one year old boy, I’m still a puppy, so I’m still learning that I need to be on my best behavior in the house. I can be a little enthusiastic when I see someone I love (which is everyone). But my foster parents say I am learning fast! My foster brother really helps me by showing me how to be a good dog in the house. I can’t wait to meet my forever family and show them what a good boy I can be! We believe he would be a good candidate for dog daycare if a future adopter needs to work outside of the home. Adoption Process
All adoptions require, reference checks, vet reference checks, home visits, meet & greets. From there we will determine if that applicant is right for the dog they are interested in. At the adoption, a contract will be signed and an adoption fee will be paid. Fee's are based on the specific dog. Puppies, adults, bully breeds or special needs.
