Meet Halligan! Halligan is a lab mix who was adopted from Husky House as a puppy, but unfortunately his owner passed away and so he is looking for a new loving forever home. He is reported to not do well with other dogs, but he has not yet been dog tested at Husky House as he is still adjusting to being at the kennel. Halligan is friendly with volunteers and knows “sit” and “paw”! He takes a daily anxiety medication to help him manage stress. Halligan needs a home without children under 13.
