Our foster tells us   Her observations so far  on Jasper :  he is housebroken, great with other dogs both large and small.  He is not great with cats, but she feels like this may be something they can work on.  Jasper shares his toys and would likely do well in a home with another dog.  He is active and does like to run and play in the fenced yard.  He’s about 5, neutered and up to date on vaccines!
