Meet Buddy Butterscotch

Buddy was born around February 21, 2022 and weighs about 15 pounds.  Buddy is with us because of housing issues.   Buddy has been wonderful with the other dogs and we are told he has been around children as young as 2 with no issues.  Buddy's previous humans recently moved from Colorado to WNY  and Buddy rode beautifully in the car the entire trip.  When asked if Buddy had ever bitten anybody the man surrendering him said "Yes".  When asked about the circumstances surrounding the incident the man said " I went to slap his ass and he tried to bite me".  We were also told he is afraid of grocery bags.  We have not seen an ounce of aggression from this sweet boy.   Buddy is ready to find a home that will love and cherish him.  Are you that home? The Adoption Fee for this dog is $_500.00 Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.    Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES   We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list.
