Hi, my name is Penny. Despite my rapid rise to stardom, I’m still a rather humble girl. Don't get me wrong, I love all the attention, the paparazzi snapping my photo, all the praise and compliments on how adorable, sweet, and smart I am, but I have not let the fame get to my head, and I don’t have to be in the spotlight. Honestly, I’m just looking to find a loving home where I can be carried and cuddled, and other than that, all I need is a ball to chase, a bone to chew and a lap to nap on.   A note from my Agent (foster mom): Penny is definitely a star. This girl is a delightful mystery mix, which gives her the most adorable face. She may even be a little designer dog! Best guess is she’s a Schnauzer-Dachshund mix, also known as a “Schnoxie”.  This little diva has all the qualities of a star: She sleeps through the night, (because she’s a star, she sleeps in her human’s bed, not in a crate). She has already learned to sit for treats (and certainly deserves many). She loves to be chauffeured around in the car (travels beautifully). She also likes to be carried and prefers to wear sweaters in the cold (a fashionista). And finally, in order to recover from the exhaustion of being such a superstar, she needs to be pampered with belly rubs and cuddles. Penny generally just wants to be a part of everything you are doing. Penny is a sensitive and submissive girl who is super affectionate and playful. Her favourite things to do are to play with toys (already plays fetch), get a tummy rub and to cuddle and give kisses. She is good with children and has no trouble sharing the spotlight (currently living with two dogs) but would be fine as an only pet. Penny is really easy going but always wants to be included. She enjoys spending her days at the office with her foster parents, taking trips to the market, and going to sporting events with the family. Penny has had a lot of change and adventures in these early days, so she can be a little nervous experiencing new things and new people, but she quickly adjusts. Since she is a young diva and does not like the crate, she has not yet been left alone, so would do best with a person or family who can provide a home with minimal alone time until she is able to settle in and adjust.  So, what do you think?
