Meet EVEREST
We are very excited to offer a most extraordinary Border Collie/Blue Heeler mix boy named Everest. This happy and sweet male is about 18 months old and 39 pounds. He and a young girl (maybe his sister) were found together as strays in Kentucky. These dogs had to belong to someone because they are both so sweet and happy and not scared of people or new experiences. They meet every stranger as if they were long lost friends. He is good with other dogs, and a cat and he adores the little 3 year old boy at the foster home. We won’t say he is totally housebroken but we cannot imagine that he won’t be 100% very soon. He is good on a leash and he always wears a happy smile and his personality just spills over to everyone around him. Happy Happy! He is ready to go make a fresh start at a forever home that will allow him to have the freedom to run and be the totally brilliant and fun dog that he was born to be as a Border Collie/Heeler mix. His curly/wavy fur is soft and so beautiful that you have to see him in person. If you are interested please be sure you have a yard and a fenced one for him to run safely. He will be good at dog parks and he will make you smile …..we promise. He is ready now…. email us at [email protected] PLEASE NOTE: Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted. Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site. The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive. Contact us at [email protected]
Adoption Process
All potential adoptors must complete the application request form on any dog. Before placing a dog with an adoptor Critter Companion conducts a vet check to ensure proper health, gets the dog up to date on all shots and neuters the dog.
