Meet Bubs

Big dreams and a big heart have led this boy straight onto the path of rescue. His hope is to find all that he yearns for in the home of a loving and caring family. Bubs deserves that chance, and we are going to see he gets the answer to his dreams. Bubs is a large labrador retriever mix of around 75 pounds so go big or go him is his motto. He makes a great impression no matter where he goes. Buds is around 2 years old, so he has many years ahead of him to fill with love, adventure and joy. He can have a shy demeanor at first but with a kind and gentle approach Buds confidence emerges and he is a friendly boy all around. Buds is great with other dogs, children and adults. Bubs knows that adventure is around every corner and since he is a great traveling companion in the car, the sky is the limit for that adventure. He has not been around cats since coming into rescue; therefore, that remains an unknown at this time. We do know that Buds can put on the charm and melt hearts everywhere. His learning is a work in progress as he continues to focus on his house, crate and leash training skills. He knows he will be a master of them with the assistance of his family along the way. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees. Adoption Process
Potential adopters must complete a comprehensive application, interview and home inspection. The final step in the process is explaination and completion of adoption contract. The adoption fee is $450 inclusive of all vetting and transportation charges.
