Meet Oreo, the word that best describes him is sweet. Oreo is a five-year-old 48-pound shepherd mix with a beautiful black and white coat. He was found as a stray and is now in rescue looking for his forever family. Oreo is medium energy level dog, which is perfect for going on walks, hikes or just snuggling on the couch.Oreo is good with other dogs and children. He loves the outdoors and is already leash trained. Take Oreo on all you outside adventures and get ready to impress the neighbors. Since coming into rescue, Oreo has not had the opportunity to meet any cats so that remains an unknown at this time. We do know that he loves running around the yard and playing with the ball. With hard work and determination, Oreo is working on his skills of house and crate training. He is making strides and will rely on his family to get him to the finish line. Oreo wants to be in a forever home where he can create wonderful memories. All this sweet dog wants is to share his love with you. With all new dogs it takes dedication and commitment, which includes structure and routine, to help with a smooth transition into your home. With that commitment, Oreo will be a wonderful addition to your family. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees. Adoption Process
Potential adopters must complete a comprehensive application, interview and home inspection. The final step in the process is explaination and completion of adoption contract. The adoption fee is $450 inclusive of all vetting and transportation charges.
