There is no amount of sweetness that can hold a candle to our girl Missy. She puts the sweet in sweetness. A picture may be worth a thousand words but when it comes to Missy there is no limit to the compliments that describe her. Missy is a 3-year-old mix breed girl weighing around 60 pounds. Her sweet face with soulful eyes will draw in the crowds. She is ready to show the world that she is not just another pretty face because this girl is all heart too.Change is always something to adjust too and Missy is making strides. Slow and steady is the course for this girl as she will need time to accept new introductions in which her shyness will melt away and a confident girl will emerge. Upon her discovery of acceptance, Missy will exhibit her sweet disposition. Missy is great with other dogs, children and adults. A medium energy girl with just enough spunk to have a great time playing, walking, hiking or running. Mix that into some down time with rest and relaxation and Missy is content. She has not had the experience of meeting a cat since rescue so it is unknown how she would behave with a cat present. Missy will do best in a family that provide her regular exercise, continuing training and ample amounts of socialization. She is currently working on her skill set of house, crate and leash training. She looks forward to the support of her family to master the training.It is not just about love for Missy but rather it is ALL about love. Adoption Process
Potential adopters must complete a comprehensive application, interview and home inspection. The final step in the process is explaination and completion of adoption contract. The adoption fee is $450 inclusive of all vetting and transportation charges.
