Meet Clementine (dog) - Sweet Mama!

Clementine is a beauty who is looking for a home. Clementine is with our sister rescue in Louisiana. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved applicants. Clementine and her pups Hershey and Teddy were taken in by a nice family when the pups were very young. They were at a high kill rural shelter with few resources and little hope for rescue. They were very lucky to get into a nice foster home. Their foster mom has taken care of this family for several months but their original rescue in NY backed out on them. Now this family needs a place to go. We are happy to help this sweet family. Poor Clementine has been through a lot in her 4 years. The vet found 5 bb's in her chest so someone has shot at her in the past. She is also afraid of the dark. Clementine loves her puppies and some of the dogs in her foster home but she does not do well with the Boston Terrier so she is considered dog selective. She may do best as the only dog in the home. Clementine is fixed, microchipped soon and up to date on vaccines. She tested positive for heartworm. and her current foster is working on slow kill treatment for now. Her adoption fee is $450.
