Meet Penne

Oh Mama Penne! She has had quite the last year – originally taken in as a stray by Queens Animal Care, she was pregnant, and we were asked to help. Penne had her Pasta pups while in our care, everyone has been long adopted and now – it’s Penne’s time! Penne is just over 2 years old, spayed and fully vetted. She recently moved to a new foster home in upstate NY to be able to give more attention and prepare for a home of her own.   Penne is good with other dogs, gentle with cats, and great with all kids, but she is a bit rough and tumble so might be best with kids 6-8+. She needs a slow introduction to get used to everyone and everything, but once she opens up, she is a happy and rambunctious pup once she settles in! She loves to play and chewing on bones. She loves attention and to snuggle, which she really deserves!   All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary.  Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies.  Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England.
