We are a municipal shelter for the City of Stamford CT. We respond to animal related calls and are a division of the City Police Dept. We house, care for and adopt owner surrendered or found stray Dogs and Cats. We also rescue and care for injured or orphaned wildlife. We have love for animals and we enjoy helping people. Thats why we do it.

Meet Tally Tally is a 2 year old pittie and is such a gem. She was abandoned but that did not change her sweet personality. She walks well on leash, takes treats gently and even seems to be dog friendly. Tally is well mannered and will be the perfect addition to a loving family.
