Meet Oreo, a 2-year-old, 25-pound mixed breed with a heart full of love and a story of resilience. This super cute girl is as sweet as can be, and she adores people and other dogs alike. Despite being abandoned on a balcony in Georgia with no food or water during Hurricane Helene, Oreo has made an incredible recovery and is now healthy, happy, and ready for a fresh start.
